We are not your typical “day-of coordinators”—in fact, we don’t believe in that model. A seamless event can only happen when we’re part of the planning process, not just the final day.

We begin working with our couples months in advance, collaborating with their vendors, reviewing details, and preparing every element to ensure the day comes together flawlessly.
Vendors

We provide our couples with trusted vendor recommendations based on real experience. After working with countless vendors, we’ve learned firsthand who delivers exceptional service. Your vendor team truly sets the tone for your day, which is why selecting the right partners is essential.

As part of our planning support, we will:
• Provide curated vendor recommendations tailored to your style and needs
• Review contracts and invoices to ensure clarity and alignment
• Communicate directly with vendors regarding timeline and event details
• Attend your final vendor meeting to confirm logistics and expectations
Venue

Most couples come to us after securing their venue, but if you connect with us beforehand, we’re happy to guide you through the venue selection process. We’ll share insight on what to look for, the pros and cons of each space, and the key questions to ask—so you feel confident in your decision.

Our venue support includes:
• Tailored venue recommendations based on your style and guest count
• Contract review to ensure clarity on expectations and inclusions
• Guidance on timeline, layout, and logistical considerations
• Accompanied venue site visits as needed
• Coordination and execution of your rehearsal at the venue

Through conversations about venues, vendors, family dynamics, cultural considerations, and personal preferences, we uncover the details that matter most—often the ones couples don’t even realize will impact their day.​ This connection allows us to show up fully prepared, intentional, and aligned with your vision when it matters most.
Decor Services

While we offer both décor and coordination services, you are not required to book one in order to book the other. After learning more about your event needs, we will recommend the service that best aligns with your vision and ensures our small but mighty team can provide the highest level of care. In some cases, we may suggest booking us for either décor or coordination to maintain the quality and attention your event deserves.
