Are you still open for events?
Yes! We are open, working with current clients and open to new event bookings as well.
How are you handling government restrictions?
We are complying with all federal, state and local government restrictions and regulations.
Social Distancing - when interacting with others we are social distancing, wearing gloves and masks to stay protected and to keep other safe.
Limited Gatherings - we are creating custom decor for smaller events due to guest count regulations and encouraging couples to have a positive mindset and be excited of the possibilities that decor to bring to an intimate event.
Do you require a deposit to book new events?
Yes we do have a requirement of a retainer/deposit and signed contact to confirm your event date even in light of recent events with the coronavirus.
How are you handling postponements?
We are being as flexible as possible to accommodate our clients and working with our current clients in finding new dates for their events. We are transferring any retainer/deposit payments to their new event date without any fees or penalties.
How are you handling postponements for 2021 events?
We are hopeful that in 2021 we will not need to postpone any events due to the coronavirus. If we do have to unfortunately postpone events, we will being as flexible as possible to accommodate our clients and will work with our current clients in finding new dates for their events. We will be transferring any retainer/deposit payments to their new event date without any fees or penalties.
What changes are you making in your business?
We are staying up to date with all regulations and are making shifts to our business practices accordingly.
Cleanliness - we will be exuding extreme caution, making sure all decor is correctly sanitized for your event to ensure everyones safety.
Social Distancing - we will be working with venues to make sure we are setting up and picking up decor when everyone can remain safest and when social distancing can be practiced.
Should I continue booking vendors for my events during Covid-19?
Yes! We recommend booking vendors quickly now more than ever. Considering that many 2020 couples have postponed their events into 2021, avaiable event dates are going quickly. We only take a limited amount of events per date so definely book your vendors sooner than later.
Will decor be less expensive since events are smaller?
Not necessarily, this a common misconception. Although guest counts may be smaller, there may be more tables due to social distancing, there may be more areas to decorate and of course your main decor such as backdrops/drapery, arches, etc. will remain at the same cost as the decor will also remain the same.
